Venetian Blinds

You can use a vacuum cleaner with the brush attachment to remove all the dust and dirt from the slats by gently brushing them with the vacuum cleaner brush.
While Venetian Blinds are great at reducing the amount of heat coming into the room from sunshine, they are not as effective at keeping the heat within your room. Windows create a doorway for substantial heat loss within a home. If you’re wanting to prevent heat loss, we would recommend blockout blinds or curtains which provide further insulation in the cooler months.
Wooden venetian blinds are a classic choice and can be stained or painted to match any décor. However, they are not suited to long-term moisture exposure or high humidity in areas like the bathroom, kitchen or laundry.
Aluminium venetian blinds are durable, won’t warp with moisture and can be wiped clean with a cloth. The downside of aluminium venetian blinds is that it can take longer to clean as you’ll need to wipe down or vacuum each individual slate.
